our operations. We are not just aiming for improvement but for transformation, with a goal to
become net zero by 2050. This ambition underpins our efforts to mitigate the environmental impact

The benefit of upcycling innovation

Our protein ingredient is distinguished by its inventive approach to utilize raw materials, transforming a biomass typically unsuitable for human consumption into valuable nutrition. This method significantly reduces waste and conserves resources. Additionally, the water footprint of our ingredient is remarkably lower, up to 100 times smaller than conventional protein sources. Understory being sourced from the pristine waters of Antarctica, it significantly reduces land usage, emphasizing our positive sustainability impact.
